This project was carried out for a German client with very clear requirements regarding the conception of the spaces and not regarding the architecture. For this, this house of fabulous dimensions was designed where 8 suites are organized in 4500 m2 with a contemporary structure of concrete and stone, built with a spectacular level of completion and with extremely sophisticated details.
The project highlights a steel and marble staircase that is crowned by a perforated dome that is set in a rubber seat with glass cut by swarovski in the shape of diamonds that decompose natural light into incredible colors.
The house is organized in different patios that are used for different activities. Green spaces that contain fruit and vegetable orchards, terraces overlooking the sea and terraced gardens that manage to bring the natural level of the terrain.
The pool was organized as an oriental village entirely built in lapacho wood. This small complex contains a house with a pool, a spa, a massage room and a gym.
[:es]Este proyecto fue realizado para un cliente alemán con requerimientos muy claros con respeto a la concepción de los espacios y no en cuanto a la arquitectura. Para ello se diseñó esta casa de dimensiones fabulosas donde se organizan 8 suites en 4500 m2 con una estructura contemporánea de hormigón y piedra, construida con un espectacular nivel de terminación y con detalles sumamente sofisticados.
El proyecto resalta una escalera de acero y mármol que se encuentra coronada por una cúpula perforada que se engarza en un asiento de goma con vidrios tallados por swarosky en forma de diamantes que descomponen la luz natural en increíbles colores.
La casa se organiza en diferentes patios que son utilizados para diferentes usos. Espacios verdes que contienen huertas de frutales y vegetales, terrazas con vista al mar y jardines aterrazados que logran llevar al nivel natural del terreno.
La pileta fue organizada como una aldea oriental totalmente construida en madera de lapacho. Este pequeño complejo contiene un pool house, un spa, una sala de masajes, y un gimnasio.
